The system is intended to automate and integrate the processes of procurement and registration of materials, parts and components used by different divisions of an international company, as well as while working with third-party dealers.
The system is capable of tracking and managing all procurement transactions including invoices, open and completed orders, manufacturers and dealers. It supports automatic quantity discounts calculation, process analysis for specific geographical regions, price fluctuation analysis for orders placed with different dealers and price dynamics analysis in correlation with the order currency. The system can additionally manage the amount of purchased items and their prices up to 4 years ahead.
