SKILLS
Design Aid services for civil / structural / highway / bridges / infrastructure / drainage / landscaping / irrigation/Architectural/building/ as built, bidding documents/ BOQ / estimations / mapping design & drawings.

TERMS
Facilities:
(1) Computer 4 P4 HCL PC
(2) Office space 800 sq. ft.
(3) Manpower 3 rebar detailers & 1 Sr. structural & civil design engineer, 1 highway design engineer, 1 electrical engineer.
(4) Library fully equipped with latest design & detailing standard.
(5) Internet 24 hr. net-connectivity (unlimited).

Standard Business Terms:
20% of the total payment shall be made at the time of initial draft order and rest of the payment can be made at time of completion or finial submission of drawings work, described earlier in the order documents. You will be paid as per flowing per drawings basis.

Reinforced Concrete Detailed Drawing + Bar Bending Schedule:
(i) A0 Size @ $120/ sheet.
(ii) A1 Size @ $85/ sheet.
(iii) A2 Size @ $60/ sheet.
Depending on drawings and projects.

For Consultancy Fees:
Preparation of Rebar detailing @ $8 to 12 per hour (depending on project).

Terms of Payment:
Payment shall be made as follows for the number of drawings made:
1) On completion and first submission of drawing 50%.
2) On re-submission after incorporate all revisions suggested by you 50%.
