CTI is a provider of inbound/outbound call center services. We do sales, appointment setting, surveys, customer service, web chat plus we have a full data processing and encoding department. We can also provide programmers and web developers as well.

Our center is located in the Philippines and all agents are college educated with excellent verbal and written English skills.

We have been located here for the past 4 + years and we are growing. We are an agressive company with professional qualities.

We provide an international private line to the U.S. from the Philippines to ensure quality and reliabilty to all of our clients. We reduce the latency, echo, and choppiness factors out the voip users may produce. We currently house over 200 working seats and can expand up 1000 very quickly. We provide predictive dialing, full reporting, toll free numbers, voice logging as well as a variety of other services. We own all of our own equipment (hardware).

The call center is owned and operated by Americans who have been in the telecom and call center business with accumulated experience of over 80 years.

TERMS
Pricing varies depending on the projects, but data processing starts at $6 per hour, outbound at $12 per hour and inbound at $10 per hour. As each project is dependant upon the number of seat or agents utilized we can give you a more complete bid depending on your specifications.

Depending on the degree of training needed and the number of agent required for a single project, we can usually start a project within a week to 10 days after all agreements and financial arrangments have been made.
