DESCRIPTION
As an DB2 Mainframe Programmer for a Fortune 5 Financial Services Company in the Information Technology & Operations, Data Services Group; Data Services is responsible for the data strategy of the IT organization. This group operates as a centralized service to the organization to serve application and business data requirements for operational and transaction data for the DB2 environment. In this capacity I am responsible for the design and development of an enterprise database (EDB) to support the company's front-end workstation applications and core office systems using DB2/SQL, Stored Procedures, and MQ.

I have also built a applications for another Financial Services Fortune 5 company, in there Web to Mainframe Application Development group. In this capacity I was responsible for the design and development of internet e-mail applications sent from the mainframe, and also for the real time communication of Web services applications interacting with mainframe CICS applications.

SKILLS
Workstation and Web to Mainframe Application Development, using a variety of methods including DB2 Stored Procedure Builder, internet e-mail applications, MQ series and CICS TS among other methods.

TERMS
My hourly rate is $75/hour, or we can negotiate a set price for a project in which case 20% is due at project inception, and the remainder due within 6 weeks of project deliverables received date.
