This includes Telemarketing, Telesales, Customer Service, Phone and E-mail Support, Bi lingual services including phone and word, transcriptions, data entry, photo retouching. We are always open to new challenges and except short term and long term contracts. RIS has been open since 2002. We opened primarily to support an American software company doing telemarketing and tech support and have grown from there. We pride our selves on giving only the best services and mostly of our employees are expiate North Americans, Canadians and British nationals so ensuring the best levels of English.

At present our main focus areas are Telemarketing, Telesales, Customer Service and Phone support. We have recently employed a number of Bi lingual transcribers and we now offer these services. We use a number of VOIP solutions to allow us to talk to America, Canada and Britain for low costs. This combined with our High speed internet allows us to offer our services to Companies. We understand that in the fast paced and growing market that out sourcing is that only by giving the best service will mean our continual growth.

Our prices and turn around terms vary depending on the needs of the client. Payments are normally made via pay pall but the client is not required to have a account to pay this way.
