DESCRIPTION
Our Firm has been providing Architectural and Valuation Services since last four and a half years. We have been working with large scale architectural and Interior based projects right from the conceptual level to the completion level. The projects include large scale institutional projects, residential bungalows, commercial and residential complexes, interiors fors shops, offices and residences. Recently we have also started providing services in urban and regional planning i.e. area planning, street planning and also preparing base maps from remotely sensed data or satellite images.

SKILLS
2D and 3D drawings, working drawings, presentation drawings, estimations and costing, structural designs, for interior and architectural projects we also provide with 3D images which help in easy visualization for the client, for planning exercises we not only provide with the designs and solutions but also with a complete report which gives a complete methodology and understanding of the project that has been carried out.

TERMS
The prices can be discussed looking at the quantum of the work, for the payment conditions 50% of the payment has to be made at the time of the assignment of the project where as 25% when draft copy of the project has been submitted and the final work will be submitted after the payment of last 25%.
