Company is associated with a few US and UK based BPOs for acquisitions , capital restructuring and Private Equity. It is also handling mandates from Indian and U.K based companies in the Call Centre business. Areas of interest in BPO and Call Centres are businesses located in U.S., U.K. or Philippines with revenues ranging between USD 2 million-15 million. HR, Insurance, Finance & Accounting, Mortgage and Infrastructure Managed Services are of immediate interest.

TERMS
Mandate essential. Structured fees. Nominal appointment fee followed by Retainer or Milestone payments. Agreed Success fee on closing .Reimbursements for expenses. Payments within 10 days of events.
