We provide consulting services, coaching, assurance, interim management and project resources to implement the most effective offshore solutions. Our approach is founded on significant practical hands-on experience of establishing and managing offshore centres and integrating them to provide effective service delivery. We offer a global perspective and understanding of offshore but also provide specific focus on India, China and Romania, where we have established partner relationships to provide current local insight and complementary support.
TERMS
We charge for our services according to the type of contract; daily rate, fixed term, fixed price or on a bonus/risk-share basis.
