LanceSoft provides a wide variety of value-added integrated IT consulting solutions and services to clients across a multitude of markets and geographies. Globally, LanceSoft has over 600 well-trained, experienced and skilled employees. The range of services include IT consulting, healthcare services, data processing and testing. Our consultants have been bringing industry and technology together leveraging technology and identifying potential solutions. Operating from our worldwide locations, our consultants have completed projects ranging from simple development assignments to full-scale implementations.

We have in the recent past initiated the off-shore services division in Chennai. Here, we are in the process of providing services to the healthcare and publishing industries. For the past year, LanceSoft has been actively engaged in evolving its off-shore services division as platform for growth for the services group. We have also engaged our solutions group on various initiatives such as Dot Net architecture, Java enterprise applications, supply chain management, offshore application development, Sarbanes Oxly section 404 compliance, workflow, quality assurance, and security solutions.

LanceSoft Inc has over 10 locations in the US, one in Europe and 2 in India. This provides the organization the strength it needs to successfully deliver the services that it wishes to provide and also for development/deployment of solutions globally. The offshore offices have a strength of over 150 employees combined. We are currently preparing to expand the India employee numbers to 700 in 2005.

All LanceSoft resources go through a detailed screening process to ensure they will meet our client’s expectations. LanceSoft insists on certifications where applicable. Our interview and hire process is thorough and includes various forms of background screening.

Offshore Facility

LanceSoft Inc is equipped with the state of art facility in Chennai and Hyderabad. The organization currently houses over 50 employees and is growing steadily at a pace of 40 employees a month. The company has a VPN established between its various offices in US and UK and also well protected by firewall and security software. All telecom facilities are 3COM VOIP circuits with a direct extension of the US Office. The office is equipped with a dedicated 512 Kbps Internet link. There is power available on a 24/7 basis. The Chennai facility is currently about 12,000 sft in a Prime business location and is expandable within a short time frame on the same floor. The operation runs three shifts and can accommodate at any given time over 100 employees. Lancesoft is also in the process of finalizing another office premises within the neighborhood for an additional floor space of 10,000 sft within the next one month to accommodate its expansion process and growth.

Offshore Capability

LanceSoft has been heavily engaged in providing off-shore services for the healthcare industry. We have already launched our healthcare services practice with focus on medical transcription, coding and billing. We have targeted a growth plan to build this group to about 500 employees in 2005. With reference to the publishing business we have engaged ourselves primarily to small opportunities at this point of time. We are eagerly looking to partner with the right groups to expand the publishing and data processing group in a logical fashion.

LanceSoft is also currently engaged in providing tele-sales services for our clients in the US. We have a 15 seat facility for this purpose utilizing our existing bandwidth. Also, most of our internal resource management globally is handled from our operations in Chennai and Hyderabad.

SKILLS
Currently, our medical transcription group consists of 30 transcribers, 6 editors and 2 QA in Chennai and 10 transcribers and 2 editors in Hyderabad. We are now in the process of hiring additional hands in the next one month to expand our operations to 100 seats within Chennai. Our current capacity is about 10000 lines per day and we are in a position to provide direct uploads to our clients with TATs ranging from 8 hours to 24 hours.

We work on Urology, Oncology, OB/Gyn, Surgery, Psychiatry, Neurology, Cardiology, Nephrology accounts today.

Our IT solutions groups focuses on various initiatives such as Dot Net architecture, Java enterprise applications, supply chain management, offshore application development, Sarbanes Oxly section 404 compliance, workflow, quality assurance, and security solutions. Network Connectivity
The client production environment connectivity will be made using the VPN connectivity. Datamatics Technologies Limited will have the ability to grant the necessary accesses to the team. LanceSoft Inc uses SONICWALL Pro 3060 VPN Solution at both the USA, UK and India. The configuration of the VPN to connect the offshore location and the client site can be done by either the infrastructure team at Datamatics Technologies Limited or the LanceSoft Infrastructure team can also establish the VPN connectivity.

TAT: 4-24 hours

Billing

LanceSoft will bill monthly. The approved quality sheets and the daily report will be used for billing purposes.
