Commissioning: -
? We shall suit your needs.
Price: -
o Price depends on the project scope and No of Manhours needed.
Should there be outstation travel for this project, for all outstation travel costs, including extra at actual.
• The Headquarter is Hyderabad.
? Should there be an increase / decrease in the actual man-hours for the successful completion of the project, accordingly price adjustments can apply.

Maintenance Scope:
• The Annual Maintenance charges
• Data Entry work is excluded from our scope
• Maintenance of only the agreed Software is our responsibility. Other Maintenance if required ,shall be analyzed by us, and if found appropriate , then it shall be done on chargeable basis.
• Any New Features not specified at the time of SRS shall be incorporated at the time of Maintenance
• Any other maintenance (scope extensions/ III rd Party tools etc) is excluded from our scope.
• S4SLP will not supply any of the Software or Hardware required .

Training:

• Online / telephone Training for the concerned person for 1 week after application implementation.

Billing structure & Terms of payment: -

• 40% of SOFTWARE amount as advance
• 40% of SOFTWARE amount on S/W development completion
• 20% of SOFTWARE amount on successful implementation at clients pplace.
• Effective date & project cycle:

? The contract effective date is defined as the date from the date of PO with inputs & payments as agreed.
? The project cycle is defined from the effective date till it is hande
