It is a contact center in the business for upward of 4 years with expertise in handling telemarketing services and lead acquisition and loyalty programs. We have been sucessfully servicing Financial and Insurance institutions, and, Telecom & Retail companies for more than 3 years, consistently outperforming our clients' SLAs

SKILLS
Our skills are in the following areas:-
- Selling in the domain of telecommunication services and non-life insurance. To sell effectively, our agents go through a rigourous program that teaches them the art of selling and the various aspects of developing a customer relationship to effectively be able to sell to customers based anywhere in the world. Care is take to ensure that operator can easily be understood and accents are neutralised so that customers communication is easily done
- Customer Servicing. Specific accent is put on communicating effectively with customers to find out the nature of the problems and provide solutions that would adequately answer the customers needs immediately or escalate problems in a pre-dertermined manner

TERMS
Broadly speaking our payment terms fall into two brackets
1) A pay-for performance scheme and incentives for operators when they exceed customers targets OR
2) An hourly rate of remuneration (with additional incentives for exceeding customers targets)
(Rates differ depending on the nature of work that is being done for the customer)
