Profit making though an important criteria,is still not as important as maintaining the best interests of its clients,earning the clients goodwill and making a good competitive reputation in the outsourcing market.

SKILLS
The core management team comprises of software engineers.The main areas of focus will be to get BPO projects which may involve some software development too as in making a user friendly front-end graphical user interface.

The firm wants to become a specialized player in the outsourcing business and create a niche for itself in the market so as to be able to command a premium when firmly established.

The business verticals we want to specifically cater to include insurance,healtcare,retail and hospitality.We are looking for projects which will give us good opportunities to learn and grow as an entity and help us to move up the value chain in the outsourcing market.
