We also design and produce multimedia advertising for magazines, newsprint, radio, TV, and cinema.

TERMS
STRATEGY, CREATIVE, DESIGN, FINISHED ARTWORK
This is charged at AU$250 per hour and covers the cost of design & finished artwork.

UNIFORMS, MERCHANDISE, SIGNAGE, PRINTING, WEBSITE & OTHER OUTSIDE COSTS
Hope AD has a sophisticated quote request and best price/quality matching system. We will source a minimum of 4 quotes for all outside work and provide you with our recommended best price which will include a 10% mark-up. Hope will take responsibility for the supplier output and manage the suppliers and deadlines.

NO RETAINER REQUIRED - SIMPLY A PROJECT BY PROJECT BASIS
We don't lock you into costly retainers or contracts. Thats why we have kept our clients for so long.

For other non-media plan work, Hope AD provide written quotes and proceed only with written sign off. Any variationS to projects and quotes will also be agreed and signed off before we proceed.


HOW TO APPOINT US.
We provide our clients with a 12 month communications plan under a letter of appointment that enables us AD to book, place and pay for media on your behalf. ??Under the letter of appointment, we would require at least a 3 month cancellation period to allow us sufficient time to cancel any outstanding media commitments without penalty.

BILLING & TRADING TERMS
Our standard trading terms are 30 days from end of invoice and all projects that extend over one month will be progressively billed.

We would require all clients to complete and have credit application approved.
