Deltron is one of India's leading electronic manufacturing service providers with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Chandigarh and Mohali (India). Our company is part of CDIL Group that has been the pioneer in electronics in India.

Over the years Deltron has grown to become one of the preferred suppliers of electronic assemblies / sub-assemblies for worlds leading OEMs. We cater to customers in the field of consumer electronics, industrial electronics, automotive electronics, medical electronics and telecommunications.

Our customers include Carrier, Eureka Forbes, Aquamall Water Solutions, GE Medical Systems, Visteon (Ford), Philips, Lionel Trains, Halonix, Whirlpool, Powerware (Invensys) and Hewlett Packard among others.

We have been successfully supplying electronic assemblies (India and internationally) for quite sometime now.

Deltron is ISO 9002 certified since 1993 and we have recently been recommended for QS 9000 certification by Underwriter's Laboratory (UL), USA.

To provide our customers a competitive edge, we provide completely customized service to each of our clients by ways of value engineering, flexible manufacturing, comprehensive testing, box building, creative sourcing and shelf-ready packaging. We can assemble wide range of PCB Assemblies with varying degrees of complexity.

We have fully integrated SMT lines that can handle most complex of today’s components. We have BGA and ultra fine pitch component assembly capability. We also have automated axial insertion and radial insertion equipment that supplement our conventional component assembly capacity.

To ensure delivery of a 'zero-defect' product to our customers, we use Hewlett Packard 3175 ICT System. We also have capability of developing customized functional testers.

SKILLS
Serve the India, south East Asia, North American and European OEM companies with our contract manufacturing services.

To add to our credentials, we export over 50% of our produce all across the world. Our shipments go to Australia, Brazil, Egypt, Mexico, Philippines, Italy, United Kingdom and USA.
