-Project execution and management
-Resource planning and management
-Man power planning
-Client interfacing
-Work analysis, logistic review
-Devising solutions to transport problems
-Traffic demand analysis
-Site investigation
-Assess tentative requirement of land for the facilities
-Preparation of budgetary cost estimate
-Preparation of tender documents
-Co-ordinating in preparing the project reports
-Co-ordination with design team
-Provision of inputs for design work
-Production check and corrections of deliverables
-Manage and coach/ mentor team members
-Delegate engineers to project site for execution of work
-Prepare PERT CPM charts using MS PROJECT 2000
-In case of disputes, help with Arbitration.
-Prepare CAD drawings from sketches or telephone discussion, for outstation clients
