DESCRIPTION
Outgt was born in the year of 1,999 founded by Mr. Rudy Acevedo. At the beggining the original name was outsourcing and it was dedicated to hardware maintenance, but market share was very compited. Was till the year 2,003th when cames up with the implementation of the Votation Center Information spots, for the National General Election of the country. In this specific project we had the experience of the implementation of 30 information spots at the votation center, where people can consult about the location where should vote, with an operator and the Votation Registration Number (ID) using a data base of 3M of registration numbers under an Oracle plataform.

From this year on, we started to change the orientation introducing the services of web pages design, hardware sale and rent, implementation of technology at events and system consulting services. At the web design area we starts making projects under open souce plataforms like PHP, MySQL, PostgreSql, HTML.

In the year 2,004th we create the data lab at the 18th Guatemalan Juridical Congress, where implemented 10 computers in the net running a program and consulting a MySQL data base loaded with the registation number of each participant recuited in the Guatemalan Lawyer Association, the event participants arrived and the operator select the registation number. In other section their registration ID was printed and the certificate was delivered. At the end of the event we report all stadistic data.

In the year 2,005th we raise the sales and rent of hardware and become Ingram Micro partners, one of the biggest US direct resellers, also we become 3Com and APC resellers obtaining the Bronce Sales Level.

In the year 2,006th the web page design division and the web pages and applications become more productive by collaborating with the implementation and design of evaluations and inscriptions of famous events as Antigua Guatemala Festival, Jade Awards (http://www.festivalantigua.com), Effie Awards (http://www.effie-guatemala.com), Marketing Hall of Fame Awards (http://www.grandesmarcasguatemala.com). Also was created the human resources division and started with recruiting new staff and personal administration for human resource outsourcing clients, by making all the candidate data base depuration, evaluation and personal interviews.

In the year 2007th we make a change of image, born OUTGT based on the concept that we are a solution for many clients, who believe and trust in the project implementation based in outsourcing service, we create different type of segments as:

IT: Division dedicated to import, rent, sale or implementation of all the hardware and software projects, including consulting on IT projects.

HUMAN RESOURCES: This division is in charge of developing the market share of human resources as personal recruit, personal administration (pay roll), organizational climate investigation, socio economical studies, and specialized flowcharts.
