QBX was founded by 2 software industry veterns coming out of Israel and Russia, whom for the last 15 years handled top level management positions within US S&P 100 R&D companies.

We deal with both R&D and IT offshore projects, with our main focus: Telecom billing and customer care applications. Within the last 3 years targeting US/Europe markets, we have more than 25 happy customers worldwide, including large cap corporations like Monster, Gimple and T-Mobile. We are located in Russia, out of Moscow, were we feel we have the right manpower pool together with competitive prices.
