Our company was set up from a joint venture between AIRG Sibiu and Wittmann EDV-Systeme GmbH on 1st September 2000 and the name changed in "Wittmann & Partner Computer Systems" (WPCS). With this alliance Wittmann & Partner gained two major advantages. First is the new know-how received from German side and second the capacity to increase the quality of our services to the western standards.


The headquarter is located in Sibiu, Transylvania, in the center of Romania. Sibiu can be easily reached by plane (the international airport has good links with Bucharest, Munich, Timisoara, Milan, Rome etc.), by car or by train.

Communication methodology
Wittmann & Partner is aware of the importance of having a special working protocol and a suitable communication methodology which includes:

Execution methodology
As a standard method, our company uses the following logical and methodological steps in designing the product:


1. We request information from our customer regarding the characteristics of the application wanted, which are going to be used by our designers to realize an optimal sketch for your home page (for instance a Web application: theme, colors, target-public, resolution, browser compatibility). This will facilitate passing over future revisions.
2. As a parallel activity, we prepare a document which will include customer's necessities and functionalities. Once discussed and approved by the customer, this document forms the basis of the designing work. We expect maximum interaction and cooperation from our customer for the first two steps - now we clarify things and put the basis for our future collaboration. We find it important to have one or two days for these steps, in order to clarify the situation and to complete the necessary documents in a useful way.
3. Once these steps approved, our team begins the programming and designing work.
