How we work:

The raw data for designing presentations can be sent as images (scanned in 150 dpi) or pdf file as an attachment in an E-mail. The template in which the presentation is to be designed should also be attached with the mail. A brief description of the aim of the document would enable us to add our constructive ideas and thereby improve the aesthetics of the presentation. The deadline for delivery may be mentioned in the mail, confirmation to which will be given based on the complexity of the document and our bookings. We also accept data sent in CD by courier. All the images and video clips that the client wants to be included in the presentation copied into a CD along with the necessary instructions on how the files to be used in the presentation.

How we deliver the completed file

The completed presentation will be sent to you as an attachment in the mail. If the size of the file exceeds 10 MB, it will be sent in a CD by courier (the courier charges will be charged extra from the client)

TERMS
Our charges

USD 5 per exhibit for documents of average complexity
USD 8 per exhibit for complex documents
USD 12 per exhibit for highly complex documents

Complexity of the document will be based on the amount of data to be included in the presentation, the graphs, multimedia contents to be used, etc and will be determined by our graphics specialist


How to make payment

Upon completion of the presentation, a bill will be sent to the client via an E-mail (also as hard copy, if specified by the client). The payment may be made by fund transfer to the Account Number mentioned in the bill
