Payment Terms

20% on prototype delivery
50% payment in equal monthly installments against deliverables
10% upon user acceptance

Delays in approvals/deployment environments will be billed
Ready for deductions if deliverables not in time
Extra work charged at hourly rate or as mutually accepted
