SKILLS
Mr. Rossman has over ten years of combined experience in the delivery of Management Consulting services in the areas of: RECRUITMENT PROCESS OUTSOURCING, and BUSINESS PROPOSAL/PLAN & GRANT WRITING. He has worked with various non-profits, city and county governmental bodies as well as small to mid-sized private companies. He has completed extensive training in his company’s three focus areas and continues to update and enhance his knowledge of the industry by attending seminars, and workshops on issues relevant to the changing face of his business enterprises.

TERMS
My prices on an hourly basis are $120 per hour, for business development, as a retainer. For our firms' Recruitment Process Outsourcing service, we have developed a very unique payment structure that saves our client up to 25% on their recruiting costs. Concerning the grant writing aspect, we charge on a project basis, which our clients prefer as it is a more cost-efficient option. The project rate is based upon such factors as: length of project, window of opportunity, scope of project, project budget, your company's/organization's image and presence in your field.
