DESCRIPTION
Our main line of production is processing of solid wood products as interior and exterior doors.

Solid wood doors are designed for those who would like to have a natural and exclusive interior decoration. Doors are produced mainly from oak, ash, pine, black alder or other types of exotic wood (redwood, cherry, and teak).

Door construction. Doors set constitutes of the door frame and the door leaf. Door leaf is assembled from the door leaf frame and the fillings, which can be with moulded or non-moulded construction. Door leaf is usually produced with a rebated edge, but flat door edge is also available. Door leaf has a pre-drilled cut for weather-strip which increases the door tightness and sound insulation. Door frame is usually produced with 80-1200 mm thickness but can be shaped according to the dimensions of the wall. Door frame and leaf can be produced in both regular square shape or with rounded frame/leaf, i.e. with architrave. As per customer request doors are produced together with the threshold. As a result of modern machinery usage and experienced carpenters working in our factory for several generations doors can be shaped in any required form.

Timber. Solid wood doors are handmade from A/A (highest) quality of tongued-and-grooved solid wood panels. Boards that are cut for tongue-and-groove have a 8±1 % KD (Kiln Dry) treatment for moisture. The moisture level is and has to be changed according to the climate that prevails in the destination country or region.

Finish. You can select your choice of oil, coatings, varnish, lacquer, wax to enhance the natural beauty of the grain. Doors are also suitable for painting. We use "Milesi"(Italy), "Tikkurila"(Sweden), "Junkers" and "Sadolin" products in our wood painting division. Solid wood doors can also have a natural pre-finished treatment if needed.

Locks, handles and other door hardware. Solid wood doors are assembled with standard lock mechanism, adjustable (screw) hinges, which are furnished with brass, chrome or brown colour caps. All of the door hardware used on our solid wood doors is made in EU. Door handles are usually left for the customers to choose as it’s a matter of taste.

Architrave. Available machined from you choice of wood to complement your solid wood doors. These are 3 piece sets for each side of the door. These are sold oversized and can be cut to fit.

Glass. We mount the glass of your selection. There is also a possibility of stained glass that would be produced for your doors exclusively. External, entry and WC doors are assembled with double glass pack.

Measurements. Solid wood doors can have any required measures. Door price is calculated according to external door frame measurement. Regular door covers an area between 1.41 m2 and 1.83 m2. Standard frame width is 8-12 cm, but can be adjusted to fit the wall with maximum width of 1.5 meters.

Design. Wooden doors are produced according to our suggested range of door models. We can also produce solid wood doors according to your or your architect’s door model drawings (preferably supplied in .dwg file format).

Warranty. All solid wood doors produced in our factory come with 1 year replacement warranty. Guideline for door mounting and usage terms are included.

Delivery terms. Solid wood doors are processed within maximum period of 3-4 weeks. In case door production is carried out during the peak periods (Spring, Christmas), the timeline is extended for one week.

Shipping. Cross continental deliveries are carried out through Klaipeda port (Lithuania) in the Baltic see. Transportation periods differ according to destination port. European deliveries are handled with multi-modal continental delivery companies and usually take 3-5 working days.

Packing. Each door is packed separately with materials making the trip to destination place impact-free.
