My primary motivation has been being where action is. I have had the opportunity of having assisted large organisations, and small organisations though I must confess that the greater learning has been from the Smaller Organisations.

My primary advantage has been my willingness to explore new lines of operation, which exposed me to a large cross section of organisations - so much so that many prospective clients are surprised at the range while growing apprehensive.

That auto filter has enabled me to work with proactive go getters who have dared me to take up their assignment.

Also, name dropping is generally taboo in this segment as one has been a part of proceedings, maybe in the past but the Operations nevertheless curent.

The apparent audacity of this statement has also acted as a filter and has put me in touch with many successful people - and had enabled build many successful relationships - with discretion as a main component.
