TERMS
We normally work out the pricing based on the requirement specification we receive from our clients/prospects.
These are 'Fixed-Price' estimates after evaluating the scope and deliverables of the total project.
This 'Fixed-Price' is arrived at, after estimating the total man-month efforts.

Normally we us the following professional fees structure to arrive at the final 'Fixed-Price'.

1> OFFSHORE (for development carried out from India)
US$ 8 to 10 per man-hour

2> ONSITE (for development / implementation purposes at client sites in USA , UK etc.)
US$ 40 to 45 per man-hour (This includes all expenses related to Airfare, lodging, boarding and traveling expenses)

Payment Terms are based on milestones which are predominantly - a) 15% as Mobilization Advance b) 15% upon signoff of SRS Document c) 20% Upon Signoff of Design document d) 30% upon Delivery of Source Code (after testing) e) 20% after successful implementation.

Turnaround Time is one week from the date of Project Signoff.
