A professional Chartered Accountants' firm established in May,2003 by a senior chartered accountant, also professionally qualified in Information Systems Audit, having extensive experience of >24 years in Industry in various facets of Finance, Accounting & Auditing functions & >4 years experience in a Public Accounting Firm in India. The firm has capabilities to render service in the areas of Internal Audit, Corporate Advisory Services, Management Consultancy, Internal Control evaluation and documentation; especially complying with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), Information Systems Audit etc. Has already undertaken two SOX Projects in India. Any on-sight SOX assignments can be undertaken on short term contractual basis, provided necessary work permit can be arranged. The firm is also interested to take up Offshore assignments in the areas of Accounting & Auditing. The firm has broad band connectivity and networking arrangements with other experienced professionals in Accounting, Auditing and Information Systems. The level of infrastructure facilities can be suitably raised at a short notice by bringing in more investments to meet requirements provided firm assignments can be given.

SKILLS
Our main area of focus will be Internal Auditing, Internal Controls evaluation and documentation, Information Systems Audit, handling of off-shore BPO assignments in accounting etc. We have excellent communication and presentation skills. We are also well versed in the use of CAAT tools like ACL and IDEA softwares. The proprietor has good experience in ERP environments running Oracle Financials and SAP R/3. He has also got programming skills in Dbase IV, Foxpro etc.

Our prices and payment terms are negotiable and commensurate with man-hour requirements and milestone based on work progress. Our turn around time will be suitably maintained to meet the exigencies of work as the work progresses.
