I am a CPA and a Chartered Accountant with over 7 years experience in the accounting and audit field. Currently, I have 1 qualified person assisting me in accounting and tax assignments. We will help you get started on the exchange of information online. We used standard accounting software for preparation of financial statements and tax return software for preparation of tax returns. Due to hands on experience in accounting and tax in US, I would be able to provide you the best of services.

SKILLS
Our focus is primarily on preparation of finanacial statements per US GAAP based on information provided. All the information exchange will be online. We also specialize in preparing tax returns and other applicable forms for individuals, C Corporations, S Corporations and Partnerships.

The industries we cater to include manufacturing, real estate, professional services (dentists, physicians, auto body shops etc.).

TERMS
Our prices would generally be $12 per hour. Payment terms would generally be 25% advance on commencement of work and balance payable upon completion of work. These may be negotiated.

Turnaround time will vary per project but we will ensure that your deadlines are met.
