DESCRIPTION
Experience in formulating budgets, implementing systems / procedures, fund management & preparation of management reports.

Proficient in preparing / maintaining financial statements & necessary books of accounts, conducting internal / statutory audits.

Conversant with modern accounting systems and handling matters relating to income tax, central excise, sales tax, and other statutory acts.

SKILLS
Finance & Budgeting

Assisting top management in designing & implementing financial systems, policies and procedures to facilitate internal financial control.

Formulating budgets, conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected figures & actual expenditure and recommending / taking corrective actions.

Accounts & Auditing

Ensuring preparation and maintenance of necessary books of accounts viz, journal, ledger, subsidiary books, etc. in compliance with time and necessary norms.

Presenting a true and fair view of the financial position by timely preparation of financial statements and annual financial reports.

Coordinating with auditors in conducting internal commercial audits / statutory audits, preparing audit reports and implementing recommendations, if any.

Taxation

Ensuring timely tax deductions and filing of TDS returns as per the income tax act.
Computing and filing sales tax returns and producing books to authorities for yearly assessment, issue of ‘C’ form, form XX, etc. General administration.

TERMS
Price: Price will be finilized as on company project finalization period.

Payment Terms: Half payment will be paid after 50% work will be completed. Remaining will be paid after work completed.

Turnaround Time: 30 days.
