SKILLS
Our services include basic 2D and 3D shapes to complex freeform solids, unconstrained models to fully constrained parametric models, single parts to part family models, stand-alone parts to full interrelated assemblies.

Industries Covered: Automotive, aerospace, home appliances, manufacturing and plastics application in general engineering.

Reverse Engineering: Physical component is scanned using Contact/Non-contact scanners. Data so obtained is processed to create 3D model (with modifications, if required) and submitted for further processing (analysis / CAM / detailing).

Legacy Data Conversion: Old paper format drawings or drawings from a CAD package of older version can be migrated to the desired format/version.

Engineering Data Porting: Engineering data can be exchanged from one CAD package to another.

Finite Element Analysis: CADDAM performs static, dynamic and fracture mechanic analyses for small components to large assemblies using FEA.
Wide range of analysis includes stress and vibration analysis for metal based, plastics and layered composite materials, thermal analysis, field problems, fluid-structure interaction, design sensitivity analysis and multi-disciplinary design optimization.

FEA Analysis - $20 USD Per hour.
2D Drafting - $8 USD Per hour.
Mold/Die Cast - $17 USD Per Hour
