1. CARE, annaul maintenance contract of the database in which we provide instance based support which includes pro-active (AUDIT VISIT), where in we anticipate the growth of database,performance issue, etc. and take up actions before a break down.

2. FM: deploying our Oracle DBA / Oracle 9iAS Admin / Unix admin / Linux admin / Sun Solaris admin for on-site support which includes 24 * 7 * 365 support also.

3. Need based support on Oracle, Unix, Linux.
