TERMS
The models of engagement for Baton Services can be outlined as:

Fixed Retainer Ship Model:

In the fixed retainer model, Baton would dedicate the desired number of resources and infrastructure to the client. The Baton team would become an extension of the client team and would work closely with the client business development managers. The number of resources required are pre specified by the client, and scaling up requires the client to give a 15 day prior notice along with a minimum three month work commitment.

Blended Model:

The blended model involves a nominal engagement charge, and thereafter the client pays only for the number of qualified leads provided by the Baton team. This model allows the client to define the number of leads it desires in a timeframe, and we would deploy the required number of resources at our end so as to satisfy the clients needs. The first two seats attract an engagement fee. The additional resources beyond two seats would not attract any engagement charge, but would be compensated purely on deliverables.

Time taken to go live is 3 weeks from date of signing.
