TERMS
Kalpana charges USD 125 per day of work.

A day is calculated as eight (8) hours of work on an assignment including travel and waiting for appointments.

These charges do not include the cost of acquisition of material (photocopying, buying publications or books, etc), local or outstation travel, boarding and lodging while travelling, payments to external resource people when needed and any other expenses that may incurred in the course of the assignment.

Payment terms:

50% advance with the order payable through Paypal.
Balance within 30 days of completing assignment through Paypal.

Quotes:

Kalpana will give you a free quote based on the information provided before commencing work. Thereafter, he will draft a contract that will be emailed or snail-mailed and mutually agreed. At this stage, the client is expected to pay the advance amount. The contract will specify deliverables and timelines.

On completion, Kalpana will raise the final bill that has to be settled within 30 days.
