Here's my brief profile:
Jay Rege is a business consultant with more than 8 years of experience, core of which has been in the IT industry in India and USA. Jay started his career with HCL Technologies. Later in 2003 he founded Syllogics - a business consulting group specializing in outsourcing advisory and business strategy development focusing mostly on the IT/BPO sector.

Through his career Jay has worked with technology units of companies like Halifax(UK), Citigroup(USA), AIG(USA), MBNA(USA), HP(USA) and many more where he has been an IT/Process consultant. Apart from being a business consultant, Jay is also a professional business coach and conducts corporate trainings and workshops. While in the USA, Jay has conducted workshops on ‘Multicultural Communication’ and ‘Outsourcing Best Practices’ for companies wanting to do business with India. He has authored several papers and spoken at conferences and seminars. Jay currently is also a visiting faculty at the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune where he teaches the MBA class and at their Management Development Programs. He coaches on ‘Business Planning and Strategic Entrepreneurship’ and ‘Offshoring’.

Jay holds a bachelors degree in computer engineering from the University of Mumbai and a MBA from the Texas A&M University, USA.
