Concept design and styling using ICEMSURF.
Detailed design of plastic & sheet metal components, BIW.
Wiring harness and layouts.
FEM simulations including dynamic, crash, moldflow, thermal analysis.
Tool design for sheet metal and plastic molds.
Complete program management for tool manufacturing and tryouts.
Process automoation and knowledge based engineering.
Productivity study and enhancement.

All generic skill based activites such as 3D modelling, 2D drafting, conversions, etc.
