TERMS
A-1 TECHNOLOGY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client’s Relationship Manager shall be responsible for advising the A-1 Technology team on possible approaches and CLIENT' requirements. He shall also provide feedback to CLIENT on business-technology overlap issues pertaining to the project as well as the last point of escalation in case of unresolved issues.

The A-1 Technology Project manager will be responsible for resolving all issues raised by the team. A-1 Technology’s Quality Assurance Team will consist of a quality specialist who will see to it that the study is properly documented according to QMS standards. He will conduct a normal Audit to ensure conformance and will review all deliverables before they are submitted to CLIENT.

Progress Reporting and Issue Resolution
Daily reports showing progress against the baseline plan for the project will be provided to CLIENT. The report will contain a summary of issues encountered & resolved along with the detailed description of key issues encountered.

A-1 Technology will carefully monitor the project progress against the baseline and analyse the causes of any slippage. Regular conference calls will be conducted between A-1 Technology and CLIENT to ensure adequate monitoring and exchange.

Furthermore, a project extranet will also be deployed to act as a central repository for all project documents and correspondence.

Quality Assurance
A-1 Technology has a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) which covers all areas of the third party software maintenance process. All project management plans, quality plans, configuration management plans and other operational processes will be followed as per QMS. A-1 Technology shall also ensure that requirements of CLIENT, as per their quality standards, are followed during the project cycle.
