Maple First International opened in 1998 to support Insurance companies looking to outsource telephone customer service. At this time we worked with North American call centers to develop and implement solution strategies. We developed working relationships with businesses of other types such as telephone companies, hotel chains, investment companies, banks, and others requiring outsourcing of customer service, sales, and back-end office duties.

Required aspects of the solution strategies led us to develop telephony software to meet the complex multi level queuing and call distribution demands of inbound telephone traffic.

In 2002 we began to include call centers in India, Nepal and the Philippines to handle our growing traffic. The efficiency and cost effectiveness of distributing our work to international centres has become a dominant feature of Maple First International. The advantages are that all call center employees in these countries are college graduates with tremendous pride in their jobs, the centers are run with the most up-to-date technology, and we can provide services to our clients of equal or better quality but at a fraction of the cost.

Currently we operate in over 200 call centers internationally with access to over 5000 representatives - no job is too small or too large for us to tackle. We maintain the highest standards of professionalism, quality control, innovative technology, and productivity.
