HIPAA COMPLIANCE
In compliance with HIPAA regulation we prefer a business agreement with our clients. Data is transferred using 128-bit SSL encryption, currently the highest level of security, also used for online credit card transactions. We have strict in-house IT security policy to ensure client data confidentiality. We are well aware of the HIPAA regulations and each employee has signed CNDA (Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreements) to ensure client data secrecy.


RECORDING & SENDING DICTATIONS

Toll-free Call-in Dictation Option:
Doctor records dictation from any telephone in our toll-free telephone dictation machine. Recorded dictation is saved and transferred immediately via secure web-based platforms.

Digital Handheld Recorder:
Doctor records dictations in a digital handheld recorder. Dictation is saved in the doctor's PC and later sent to us by the doctor's office via Email or our secure FTP.

TURNAROUND TIME
24 hours. Our normal delivery time for transcribed reports to our clients in the US is 9:00am Eastern Standard Time.


CUSTOMIZED FORMAT / TEMPLATE
We transcribe consult letters, H&Ps, SOAPs, Admit/Discharge Summaries, Patient Evaluation Reports, Office Visits customized to the client format and templates.
