The Credit management, process, which is the key to ensuring prompt payment and reducing the potential for business losses due to bad debts.

The billing and invoicing function. A time consuming business task. However, unless clients are billed promptly you will be unable to get paid within terms, which means receivables will not be able to deliver positive cash flow in a timely manner.

The Receivables management and Collections process. Here again, for small and medium-size business companies who sell on credit, this area of the business must be properly and pro-actively managed so as to maintain a low DSO matrix and have receivables positively drive cash flow.

The Accounts Payable process. Small business companies can get bogged down managing this non-core business process, yet lose valuable discounts and in some cases over pay on invoices.
