Education:
Master's degree in social sciences.
Academic research experience including several publications.
Working towards Project Management certification.

SKILLS
Experience creating award-winning online help systems, user manuals, marketing white papers, Web page content, training programs, executive speeches, and reference documentation.

Solid core writing skills, including analyzing users, outlining documentation requirements, editing, testing, indexing, creating cross-references, writing in the active voice, following and creating style guides, and creating attractive page layout.

Experience developing project schedules, creating templates, and outlining and scheduling documentation projects for new software products.

Excellent skills interacting with engineers, technical personnel, executive management, and team members. Strong interviewing and analytical research skills.

TERMS
$50-75 per hour depending on the nature of the project and scope.
