We operate a twenty seat offshore call center, a state-of-the-art facility offering all Outbound and Inbound sevrices..
Based in Karachi, Pakistan, our facility invests heavily in employee training, including linguistics and speech pronunciation to integrate themselves more effectively with a North American audience.
SKILLS
Our Outbound services include Outbound telemarketing, Appoitnment setting, Lead generation and Cold Calling. Our inbound center provides routine inbound telemarketing, answering service, messaging service and order taking.
TERMS
We charge a flat fee of $8(USD) per hour for outbound for a minimum of five seats and $7(USD) for a minimum of four seats for inbound.
Single seats vary between $9.50(USD) per hour to a maximum of $12(USD), depending on the service and product we are working for. A single seat for the inbound center is charged at a flat rate pf $8(USD) per hour.
