International Technical Support (ITS) is a company based in Canada and Pakistan as well. The company was recently setup by myself Bilal Hussain and my partner Mr. Mansoor Khan. We are both originally from Pakistan living in Canada.
We have extensive experiences at call centres in Canada.
We are fully prepared to operate this call centre in Pakistan and provide exceptional customer service and quality to any company willing to outsource with us.
We have experienced employees working for us here in Canada and Pakistan.
We have Office space to accommodate up to 100 Customer Service Representatives. We have licenses in Pakistan to open an Inbound or Outbound call centre. We have the finances in place to setup any given project.
Although International Technical Support (ITS) as a company is new, all our employees have extensive customer service and sales experience. I assure you that we will be ready and running within 8 weeks of receiving your order.
We have an experienced Managerial staff and CSR's ready to work.

International Technical Support (ITS) is a company who's main focus is to provide the best quality service to your company.
One of our Directors, Mr. Ashfaq Khan had been working with call centres for a wide period of time and has extensive experience in Inbound and Outbound.
Our General Manager Mr. Omer Safdar who is based in Pakistan has experience in running and working at call centres. He has setup 2 very successful call centres and has worked as a Trainer and Supervisor at the same field.
Each of our employee has the experience working in sales and customer service environments, that will guarantee your satisfaction and the satisfaction of your customers.

TERMS
Our call centre will be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have the ability to accommodate up to 100 CSR's working simultaneously. We are looking for a contract with a minimum of 40 CSR's and the timings will be flexible. Once attaining the order, we will be up and running within 8 weeks of signing the contract. The prices offered are very competitive compared to several other outsourcing companies. Here is the price format:

All rates are US $ and the payment terms which we have set are bi-weekly. We will be sending your company a weekly report so that the payment will be made accordingly. We will not exceed the number of hours which are assigned by your company.
We would like to have the payment made within a week of sending the reports. The payment plan can be altered depending on how your company wishes to handle it.
