EDM Technologies is an affiliate company of, and formed from CAD Services. EDM Technologies specialises in electronic document management systems and software. Our exprience goes beyond our expertise but also the products our company has worked with. Working with products such as Alchemy, Dv TDM, Laserfiche, Orbit has really widenned our knowledge in this field. Today the company is a leader in the field of edm in the country. One of our main highlights include the indexing of the country's year 1967-2000 cambridge examination results and converting to electronic format.

SKILLS
Our ever motivated data entry staff all have a minimum of 3 years exprience inputing data and indexing documents. Thier skills also extend to using different edm software and ocr products. Currently we have 26 data entry staff working full time with another 18 attached at a couple of our sites. These people are led by our 6 project managers who are IT graduates with proffessional skills such as MCSE and MCSD.

TERMS
Our data entry prices are: 1 line/index field = $0.01
It does matter how many strings of characters are there on line.

Our OCR (optical character recognition) prices range between $0.05- $0.10
The range depends on the quality of paper; the lower the quality = the higher the price.

Anything beyond these services we will negotiate with our client on prices.

Payment term is strictly cash on delivery although agreeable arrangements may be made.

Turnaround times are mutually agreed upon, by ourselves and our client.
