DESCRIPTION
CAD Services Botswana is an Autodesk Authorised Reseller specializing in Architectural and Engineering software. One of our core services include a 24 hour AutoCAD draughting and CAD conversion servicing architectural and engineering fields. Our CAD technicians all have a minimum of 7 years exprience in CAD and are from time to time trained and updated on the latest Autodesk software such as AutoCAD 2009, Revit Architecture 2009 and Civil 3D 2009.

We do the following in CAD:
As-built drawings, visualization and rendered models, 3D interior and exterior views, photo-real models, walkthroughs as AVI files using the latest Autodesk technology such as 3DsMax, Revit, Autodesk MAYA. Most of our construction documents and design development drawings are done on Revit Architecture 2009, with some using AutoCAD 2009. While a lot of infrastructural design work we use the latest Technology from Autodesk in the form of AutoCAD Civil 3D.

SKILLS
CAD Services Botswana is a strong combination of Architects & Civil Engineers, Mechanical/ Structural, Highway engineering technicians and IT professionals. The company has a strict policy of staff training and development and usually seat for different CAD courses every fortnight to equip their youthful employees, with the right tools in the industry. Based on the firm foundation, the company now addresses its sales and IT solutions across a broad spectrum, focusing on providing top quality solutions, especially in a CAD enviroment. Skills are utilised on a variety of services and solutions offered from short-term to complex contractual projects. The market we service include; government sector, private companies, mining sector and individuals.

TERMS
Our standard rate is US $9.00/ Hour. When a client outsources a CAD job to us we agree upon the total hours that will be taken on the project and the date of submission. We will then work on the drawings for 10 hours afterwhich they (drawings) shall be sent back to the client for quality and compliance check (only new clients). If the client is happy with our CAD work and gives a go-ahead we will NOT invoice that ten hours, instead we will require a 25% deposit fee to finish the CAD job. Again if the client is not happy still we will not invoice for the work done. It will be entirely up to client whether he wants to continue with the relationship because they are not bound.
Because we believe deadlines are crucial in this business we guarantee a payback of US$45.00/ day on delays caused by us. Our fee for converting hard copy drawings to CAD is US $50 per drawing.
