1T CAD & TD (1T Computer Aided Design & Technical Diagnostics)

The company is engaged in design of high tech machines and mechanisms in the area of mechanical engineering. The staff of the engineering and design department is able to perform computations of static, kinematic and dynamic nature. We design and visualize machines and mechanisms – machine tools, reducers, speed variators, hydraulic pumps, jigs and rigging – dies, molds etc.
Besides, we develop methods and programs for CNC manufacturing (using SurfCAM), as well as programs and methods for rapid testing of machines and mechanisms. The Department is able to develop testing rigs for investigation and analysis of strength properties, as well as reliability, durability and serviceability of machines and mechanisms.
