Activica's staff speaks english perfectly. Some of our staff even speak native english, having spent many years in the US and England. We also have fluent portuguese and french speaking staff, and of course, we all speak spanish. This has proven fundamental working with clients abroad.

We have local US phone numbers routed to our Buenos Aires offices so that our clients in the US can reach us at a local phone call rate. Should you establish an ongoing relationship with us, we will proceed to establish a local number in your area, for your convenience.

Our timezone is only one hour ahead of EST, which means our normal office hours are practically identical to that of our clients in the US.

All our services are billed using a unique hourly rate, making no difference whether a given work effort involves 1, 3 or 4 different disciplines. This results in a much more predictable and hassle-free business relationship with our clients. Companies looking to outsource with us on an ongoing basis can apply for a discount rate for all Activica services.

TERMS
BUSINESS TERMS
Our hourly rates range from 12 to 15 dollars, depending on the bulk of hours required. For large ongoing projects (over 400 hours per month) we use a 12 dollars per hour rate. For anything under 400 hours per month we charge 15 dollars.

Payment terms are evaluated in each case to best suit both parties.
