CMOF Studio is a design oriented, full service architectural firm established in 1997 as a professional architectural studio by Cesar m. Ortiz Ferrer dedicated to provide excellence in architectural project design and construction services. Through this years we have grown and acquired experience in different types of projects: private residences, residential additions and renovations, administrative offices, small size urban and real estate developments, commercial and retail, industrial facilities and cultural and public spaces.

Nowadays we have expanded our range of services internationally providing our high quality services not only to our direct clients but also to other architectural, real estate and related professional firms who need to outsource all or part of their work for which we have developed our exclusive FWF System.

We believe that each project is different, so our project design work starts defining a detailed program where the client plays a very important role as the major resource of project necessities definitions

2D and General Work Type:
Description:
A. Type of requested work and short description. 2d cad files of samples, hand sketches, schemes, plans and any information you consider appropriate for evaluation (drawing standards, layering, logos, etc)
B. Work program schedule + proposal.
C. Agreement + Work Order
First stage work:
D. Full client profile creation. Client user name and password assignation for use of our exclusive cts, first stage production and send of it to the client for first evaluation.
E. Evaluation, redlines, corrections and comments.
Final stage work:
G. Adjustments and near final production of docs
H. Final comments and evaluation.
F. Final adjustments and send the complete set to the client.


3D Rendering and Hand Work Type:
Description:
A. Type of requested work and short description. Number of images, resolution and file type.
B. Work program and proposal. Detailed scheme of the work and cost estimating
Information:
C. 2d/3d cad files, graphic information, sketches, schemes, site photographs, samples, comments and all additional information.
D. Work first stage. Comments and questions thru cts, materials and textures definitions. First low res images.
