Tharam Call Centers is a leading provider of ITES to enterprises operating in such fields as wireless/mobile, mortgage, satellite dish, financial institutions, medical transcription and insurance. Our mission is “To be a leader in ITES outsourcing business by providing our customers with world class service with an unfailing commitment to quality”.
We have an office space of 3400 sq. feet, and a capacity to easily accommodate 75 seats. Our office is centrally located in one of the well known commercial areas of the city, making it easy for our staff to come to work from any part of the city. Our office is equipped with state of art facilities such as access controls, fire alarm systems and central air conditioning. A training room with a capacity of comfortable seating for 25 employees along with provision for laptop connectivity is present in the premises of the company.
We are licensed (No.10-1595/2006-OSP) by Government of India to run an inbound call center in India. And are also registered with Dun & Bradstreet, India (DUNS No.: 65-023-8384). We have an office registered in The United States of America in the state of Texas as well.

SKILLS
Currently we are successfully running B2C outbound voice campaigns and B2B appointment setting campaigns for clients in US and Australia. There are 40 agents engaged in these projects and are generating good business for our customers.
