Ashesi Global Services (AGS) is provides an array of outsourced call center, telemarketing/telesales, customer service, information technology, data entry and transcription services for both end-users and existing global outsourcing firms in a "sub contract" partnership. Our agents in Ghana are highly skilled, educated and speak very good British English. Our overall cost structure is almost 20% less than India and the Philippines for high quality, 4+ year college degreed employees and call center agents.
Our facilities in Accra, Ghana (only 5 hours ahead of the US East Coast on GMT Time Zone) allow us to process work 24/7 with capacity for up to 2,000 call center workstations.
