Venire offers outsourced product development (OPD) services at its R&D Labs in India. A process specialist, Venire uses its flagship product, Venire Business Fusion, to automate the software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and to address the critical issues of OPD, like global delivery and risk mitigation. Venire uses IBM Rational tools through the SDLC and has expertise in software modeling and service-oriented architecture. Customers can set up a subsidiary in India as a joint venture with Venire, which can later be handed over on a build-operate-transfer model.
