Business Model

Communication and coordination are the two primary criteria that ensure a successful offshore model. In the BIR Solution model, the following types of resources would be available to our clients:

Project Manager – Located in the United States, the project manager ensures expectations are understood and met throughout the life of engagements.

Technical Consultant – Located in the United States, the technical consultant ensures that our client’s technology requirements are understood and then communicated to the offshore team. The technical consultant works closely with the development team lead in Hyderabad, India.

Technical Team Lead – Located in Hyderabad, the technical team lead works with the offshore team and ensures the successful delivery of projects and assignments.

Resource Commitment
In our model, technical resources are assigned full time and exclusive to our clients. These resources are assumed to be the extension of our clients’ development, QA or support organizations. These resources are not on the clock and the assumption is that they work as hard as your staff to ensure your deadlines are met.
