DESCRIPTION
We take your ideas and position them properly with our sources in Asia. We are tooling engineers by trade with extensive development capabilities in every aspect of molding and steel fabrication. Our resources in Asia take the data that we create here in the US for quotation and provide us with cost effective engineering. We support electronics design and have custom IC fabrications facilities to build and support circuit board fabrication. We offer our full free form 3d design services and will manage it all the way to production.

SKILLS
Our goal is to put you in the driver’s seat at the development facilities in China as soon as you feel comfortable.
Our services include the following:
Determine what the Final Part Configuration needs to be - Annual volumes; Size; Material; Secondary manufacturing; How automated does the process need to be?
Determine the Lead Time & Tool Phasing – phase in higher production highly automated molds to minimize capital investment; MOQ for the production tooling; Other components, circuit boards, seals, decals, painting, electrical shielding that is need to be factored in; If the part is needed fast, then pilot line samples of several thousand to 10’s of thousands can be built fast with minimal cost in tooling;
Conceptual Approval of the Part Design – Renderings are used to qualify the shape of the part. All of these next steps are started in our office here in Colorado, then transferred to the various responsible parties involved in the project. Once a shape has been conveyed 3d design tool needs to be selected to get the basic functionality into a format for discussion. We use SolidWorks and sometimes Alias Studio Tools to do freeform modeling. Once the tooling house in China receives this approved information, generally they build prototypes. These prototypes are decorated, and then expressed to the customer for review.
Mold Quotation Process - If everything is a go on the part China will then provide tool quotes based on the specifics coming from the molder.
Managing the Process - Our Colorado office is on the phone with China most nights of the week starting Sunday night. We make sure that all questions are answered using emails. We make sure that the schedules are on track. We make sure that shipping information is gathered and managed on both ends. We make sure that funds are properly transferred and schedules are met.

TERMS
Hourly cost is $150. Turn around is depending on service requirements. Terms are Net 30 days with 2% discount on Net 10 Day.
